BOXING

In our boxing classes here at PB Boxing Gym you will receive a full body workout in an intense and fun environment, at the same time you will learn the fundamentals and self defense skills of a Professional Boxer! These classes are individualized group training sessions and can take you to whatever level you may desire! You will be put through various training methods that will challenge you both mentally and physically while getting stress relieved at the same time! KICKBOXING

Take your fitness to the next level by submitting to a full-body workout with Kickboxing! Kick-Punch-Elbow-Knee and Push your way to a fit, lean body! Learn what it takes to go the distance round for round by combining your favorite boxing moves and kicks to create the perfect workout that will leave you breathless!

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is the traditional art of Thai self-defense. It is a style of unarmed fighting using the feet, knees, elbows and fists as defending weapons. Here at Pacific Beach Boxing we teach a very traditional Thai-Camp based style of Muay Thai. The class revolves around an intense workout using Thai-Pads, Focus Mitts and Kicking Shields. There is no martial art quite like Muay Thai, the students do not earn belts typical as other martial arts. Instead Muay Thai practitioners prove their skills in the ring. Our instructor’s style highly focuses on achieving a great amount of technique and skill. Here at P.B. Boxing we create smart and skillfull Thai Boxers!

GRACIE JIU-JITSU

Gracie techniques are based on leverage, torque, balance and momentum. They make up a self-defense system that has been proven to work for everyone in real life attacks. Here at Pacific Beach Boxing, our instructor, Clark Gracie is the grandchild of Carlos Gracie the creator of Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and the son of Carley Gracie, who currently holds an official eighth degree Black-and-Red Belt! Our classes are taught the traditional ‘Gracie’ way which includes: Escapes & Defenses, Stand-Up Fighting, Kicking Techniques, Take Downs & Throws, Ground Fighting, Chokes & Submission Holds, Weapons Defense, Fitness, Conditioning and Flexibilty! Time and time again, the superiority of the ‘Gracie’ style has been proven in real fights and in minimum-rule fight events throughout the world! This is definitely a great way to boost your self-confidence!
